While earning a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and a Minor in Dance from the University of Georgia, she taught jazz and tap dancing and became a member of the DanceFX Jazz Company. However it was her experience with the UGA Ballroom Performance Group that brought Pam to fall in love with ballroom dance, so much so that it has become a teaching career.
After college, Pam earned a Master's Degree in Counseling from Augusta State University while continuing ballroom training as well as performances in numerous arts shows.
Since moving back to the beach in 2007, Pam has performed in productions with the Theater of the Republic in Conway, SC (including Chicago and Life After High School), danced in arts series with the First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach, and performed as a professional in the Dancing with the Horry County Stars 2008 and 2009. She also currently works as a mental health counselor in Myrtle Beach.
Pam is beyond thankful to be able to finally put her true passion for ballroom dance into practice as her career. She is eager to interact with children and adults throughout the Grand Strand as she shares her love for dance with others!
